Jyske Bank buys back own shares worth 56.7 million kroner
In calendar week 37 Jyske Bank purchased a total of 51,815 of its own shares at an average price of 1,094.16 kroner per share, corresponding to a transaction volume of around 56.7 million kroner. The purchases took place between 7 and 11 September and are part of a buyback program running from 5 February 2026 to 29 January 2027 with a volume of up to 3 billion kroner. After the transactions the bank holds 1,968,114 of its own shares (3.38% of share capital); overall, shares worth about 1.86 billion kroner have been acquired under the program at an average price of 945.90 kroner. » More on de.investing.com

Jyske Bank acquired a total of 53,798 of its own shares in calendar week 36 (31 August–4 September 2026) at an average price of DKK 1,095.85 per share. The week’s purchase had a total value of DKK 58,953,515 and is part of a buyback programme (5 February 2026–29 January 2027) with a maximum volume of up to DKK 3 billion. On the value date the bank holds 1,916,299 of its own shares, corresponding to 3.29% of the share capital; since the programme start a total of 1,916,299 shares have been repurchased for DKK 1,804,942,913 at an average price of DKK 941.89. Jyske Bank appoints Klaus Naur as COO after Peter Schleidt's resignation
Peter Schleidt will retire as COO and member of the executive board at the end of September. Klaus Naur will take over the role on 1 October 2026 and will be responsible for digitalization and operations. Naur has more than 25 years of experience at Jyske Bank, most recently as head of digitalization and operations, and has already led parts of the day-to-day operations.
