KlaraBo Sverige reported rental income growth of 4.7% in the second quarter and revenue of SEK 189 million, above the consensus of SEK 171.6 million. The company recorded a net loss of SEK 11.3 million, mainly due to negative, unrealized value changes in investment properties and derivatives. Operating profit was SEK 115.4 million and profit from property management was SEK 49.4 million.
