  • Moody’s downgrades Kronos to Caa1 after delay in plant relocation in Georgia

Moody’s cut Kronos’s Corporate Family Rating from B3 to Caa1 and downgraded the Probability of Default Rating to Caa1-PD after the move of the Conyers, Georgia, production facility was delayed by twelve months. The agency expects a debt-to-EBITDA ratio of about 9.5x for 2026 and forecasts that Kronos will likely need additional financing. Moody’s also lowered ratings on secured and unsecured debt instruments but changed the outlook from negative to stable. » More on de.investing.com
