Larvotto Resources starts commissioning of Hillgrove and expects production by month-end

Larvotto Resources has begun the staged commissioning of the Hillgrove processing plant and expects first production by the end of the month. The project targets about 40,000 ounces of gold, nearly 5,000 tonnes of antimony and around 600 tonnes of tungsten annually and was funded by a USD 105 million bond. Management stresses the short development time of about 2.5 years since takeover, the high ore grades and additional exploration potential around Armidale as well as at Mount Isa and Blockade Mine.
