LPKF cuts full-year forecast after postponement of large orders
LPKF reduces its revenue forecast for 2026 to €93–100 million (previously €105–120 million). The adjusted EBIT margin is now expected to be between −7.0% and −2.5% (previously −3.0% to +4.5%). The cause is the postponement of a larger solar order and delayed orders in the Advanced‑Packaging business; the efficiency program cannot fully offset the weaker demand. LPKF continues to view the semiconductor business and the LIDE platform as key future areas, but reports ongoing commercialization delays. » More on finanzen.net

The letter of intent concerns the purchase of glass-processing systems from the NEXAR-LIDE series and has a volume in the mid single‑digit million-euro range; a firm order is expected to follow soon. LPKF is examining options to strengthen its global presence to exploit the growth market, including a possible capital increase, after revenue in H1 2026 fell 38.3% to €36.5m and the operating result stood at -€14.1m. Key share-price catalysts are likely to be the implementation of the letter of intent, details on financing steps and the next reporting date. » More on finanzen.net
