Mabuchi Motor buys Masdac for 15.6 billion yen

Mabuchi Motor acquires 100% of the voting rights in Masdac from BCM‑V Investment for 15.6 billion yen. Masdac, headquartered and with its main plant in Saitama Prefecture, manufactures food machinery, sells the equipment and operates OEM food production. For the fiscal year to March 2025 Masdac reported sales of 14.2 billion yen, an operating profit of 0.9 billion yen, a net profit of 0.8 billion yen and net assets of 6.3 billion yen.
