MasterCraft reports strong Q4 results and rises premarket
MasterCraft beat consensus expectations in the fourth quarter of 2026 with adjusted earnings of $0.67 per share and revenue of $129.9 million, well above forecasts. For fiscal 2026, the core business increased net revenue to $315.6 million and adjusted EBITDA to $43.8 million, with margins expanding significantly. Management attributes the results to robust demand for premium products, pricing discipline and the acquisitions of Chaparral and Robalo; the stock rose 5.75% in premarket trading. For the six-month transition period July–December 2026, the company expects net revenue of $287–291 million, adjusted EBITDA of $29–32 million and adjusted EPS of $0.66–0.76. » More on de.investing.com
MasterCraft Boat Holdings reports margin gains, outlines integration plan after Chaparral and Robalo deals
MasterCraft Boat Holdings said disciplined channel management and the X Series rollout drove a 730 basis point expansion in legacy adjusted EBITDA margin and reduced legacy field inventory about 30% year-over-year. Management framed the Chaparral and Robalo acquisitions as a transformational diversification across inland and coastal markets, but expects the new brands to deliver roughly 5.5% adjusted EBITDA margins near term as integration investments are made. The company recorded a $10.1 million non-cash impairment on Crest intangibles and noted $2.8 million inventory step-up and $2.9 million intangible amortization related to the Marine Products acquisition. Management expects retail demand to decline about 5–10% over the next six months, will align wholesale production with retail, and is prioritizing synergy and innovation investments during the transition to a December fiscal year-end. » More on finance.yahoo.com
MasterCraft pays $425,000 to settle shareholder lawsuit
MasterCraft settled a shareholder lawsuit filed earlier this year and will pay $425,000 to cover attorneys’ fees and costs. The dispute concerned a clause in a shareholder agreement allowing removal of nominated directors, which MasterCraft and the affected shareholders removed by amendment on March 11; the company stressed the settlement is not an admission of liability. The settlement and corrective filings were disclosed in SEC filings, and the chancery court dismissed the case subject to the filing of an affidavit. Additionally, MasterCraft reported better-than-expected Q3 results and the completion of its acquisition of Marine Products. » More on de.investing.com
