NetDragon Websoft increases profit despite 37% revenue decline in H1 2026

NetDragon reported revenue of RMB 2.1 billion for H1 2026 (‑37% yoy), while profit attributable to owners rose 30% to RMB 56 million. Adjusted profit, however, fell 8% to RMB 254 million, driven by lower operating costs, AI‑driven efficiency gains and a stabilizing gaming division. Gaming revenue fell 11% year‑on‑year but was 3% higher versus the previous half; Mynd.ai lost 21% of revenue but significantly reduced its core loss.
