NZX reports solid H1 result; smart- and wealth segments drive growth

NZX reported operating income of NZD 27.3 million (+8.8%) for H1 2026, a net profit after tax of NZD 9.8 million (+18%) and revenue of NZD 76.6 million (+13.3%). Assets under management rose in the Smart area by 28.5% to NZD 18 billion and at Wealth Technologies by 20.1% to NZD 21.1 billion. The dividend yield is around 5% and management confirmed the operating income guidance for 2026 of NZD 53–58.5 million. NZX plans a rebranding and relaunch of Smart KiwiSaver, the introduction of a Smart app, and the expansion of derivatives markets and capital markets activities as growth drivers. » More on de.investing.com
