Barclays sees regulatory risks in possible Napa takeover by O’Reilly
Barclays warns that a cash offer from O’Reilly for Genuine Parts’ auto-parts business (reported: >$10 billion) could trigger extensive regulatory reviews and divestiture requirements. Barclays estimates that 500–1,000 sites could be scrutinized and about 600 could be candidates for divestiture, which would also affect AutoZone and Advance Auto Parts; overlaps in Canada are significantly lower. » More on de.investing.com
