PCI Pal issued 1,479,499 share options to two executives under its shareholder‑approved Long‑Term Incentive Plan: CEO James Barham received 1,000,000 and CFO Ryan Murray 479,499 options. The option awards are structured with a nominal exercise price and vest after three years subject to continued employment and achievement of performance targets. Vesting depends 75% on share price targets (no vesting ≤75 pence, full allocation ≥130 pence) and 25% on earnings targets (adjusted EBITDA ≥£8.0m for 2028; no vesting <£6.0m).
