Pollen Street Group has declared a second interim dividend of 31.0 pence per ordinary share for the period ending 31 December 2025. Pollen Street has appointed Robert Ohrenstein as an independent non-executive director with effect from 29 January 2026; he will join the audit and risk committee. Following Jim Coyle’s departure after nine years in April 2026, Ohrenstein will take over as chair of the audit committee from 1 May 2026, while Richard Rowney will be appointed senior independent director.
