Pollen Street Group records strong growth in fund business, shares fall
Pollen Street Group reported fee-paying AUM of £5.5bn for H1 2026 (+18%) and EBITDA in fund management of £16.1m (+73% on a comparable basis). Management fees rose to £33.9m and private credit fundraising remained strong with £1.8bn uninvested, while the investment business’s balance‑sheet yield of 3.4% and a mark‑to‑market write‑down at Shawbrook weighed on returns. Pollen Street Group announces interim dividend of 31 pence
Pollen Street Group has declared a second interim dividend of 31.0 pence per ordinary share for the period ending 31 December 2025. Payment will be made on 1 May 2026; shareholders on the register on 7 April 2026 are eligible, and the ex-dividend date is 2 April 2026. Pollen Street appoints Robert Ohrenstein as independent non-executive director
Pollen Street has appointed Robert Ohrenstein as an independent non-executive director with effect from 29 January 2026; he will join the audit and risk committee. Following Jim Coyle’s departure after nine years in April 2026, Ohrenstein will take over as chair of the audit committee from 1 May 2026, while Richard Rowney will be appointed senior independent director.
