Strong cash flow boosts Travis Perkins stock despite falling profitability
Travis Perkins reports revenue of £4.6bn for fiscal year 2025 (-0.9%) and adjusted operating profit of £133m (-12.5%), with adjusted EPS of 30.8p (-15.8%). A strong cash inflow of £196m reduced net debt by £224m to £621m and propelled the shares up 7.5% after the earnings call. Management aims to improve margins in core businesses, capture synergies without centralizing, and is reviewing the strategic positioning of Toolstation Benelux. Remaining risks include high competitive pressure, inflation-driven overheads, and structural challenges in tier-two businesses. » More on de.investing.com
