Uniphar increases profit in H1 2026 and confirms EBITDA target for 2028

Uniphar reports adjusted EPS of EUR 0.109 in H1 2026 (+11.2%), gross profit of EUR 236.5m (+7.7%) and EBITDA of EUR 61.1m (+6.2%). Return on capital employed (ROCE) was 14.7%, and free cash flow was negative at EUR -47m, which is attributed to timing effects in working capital. Management reaffirmed the mid‑term target of EUR 200m EBITDA by 2028 and expects double‑digit growth in Pharma and continued growth in Medtech; the commissioning of the new Greenogue 2 distribution centre has been delayed to February 2027. » More on de.investing.com
Uniphar executives trade shares from remuneration plan

Senior executives of Uniphar carried out share purchases and sales under the company’s share-based remuneration plan through the Uniphar plc Employee Benefit Trust. CEO Gerard Rabbette bought 111,088 ordinary shares and sold 233,068 ordinary shares; CFO Timothy Dolphin bought 74,059 and sold 155,378 ordinary shares — all transactions at €3.8629 per share. After the transactions Rabbette holds 7,334,772 and Dolphin holds 5,610,856 ordinary shares.
