UroGen: launch of Zusduri shows strong early momentum
At the Cantor Fitzgerald conference, UroGen reported a robust early launch of its bladder cancer therapy Zusduri, with sales rising from $29.8m in Q1 to $50m in Q2 2025 and insured access exceeding 95%. The company sees a conservative peak sales potential of around $1.2bn and holds $180m in cash, which management says should be sufficient to reach profitability. UroGen is expanding its sales team and focusing on physician training and reimbursement, but still faces challenges in education, competitive pressure and converting initial momentum into sustainable growth. In parallel, UroGen is advancing follow-on programs such as UGN-103, UGN-104 and UGN-501; an NDA for UGN-103 has been submitted and an FDA decision is expected by mid‑June 2026. » More on de.investing.com
