Victoria completes production optimisation and relocates carpet production to Turkey

Victoria has completed the modernisation of the V4 ceramic production line in Spain and finished relocating all carpet weaving equipment from Belgium to Turkey. The company expects higher efficiency and increased output for the remainder of the year. Victoria is assessing opportunities arising from the announced insolvency administration at competitor Headlam, but has no credit exposure to that customer and continues to report strong performance in the UK. Victoria PLC secures consent from over 90% of bondholders for refinancing

Victoria PLC announced that holders of more than 90% of the outstanding senior secured bonds (€166.6m, 3.75% coupon, maturity March 2028) have agreed to a refinancing transaction. The threshold allows the refinancing to be implemented via a consent solicitation and is intended to reduce costs compared with alternatives; the company was advised financially by Lazard & Co.
