  • VINCI falls to yearly low after plans for higher infrastructure taxes

    VINCI shares fell sharply in early trading and hit a yearly low after the French government announced tax increases on transport infrastructure in its 2027 budget draft. Analysts at Morgan Stanley estimate that higher taxes could weigh on VINCI’s net income by around nine percent. The stock’s valuation could therefore drop by about €4.50 to €5.00.     The supervisory board and management board of All for One support Vinci Energies’ cash offer of €67.50 per share and consider the price fair. A Fairness Opinion from investment bank Parkview Partners confirms the appropriateness; the valuation is around €336 million. The offer represents a premium of 94.5% compared with the closing price on 15 July.
