Virgin Australia reported underlying EBIT of AUD 490m for H1 FY2026 (+11.7%) on revenue up 9.3% to AUD 3,323m. The underlying EBIT margin expanded by 40 basis points to 14.8% and underlying net profit after tax rose 20.7% to AUD 279m, while statutory NPAT fell due to a prior‑year effect. The flight operations segment made a material contribution with RASK up 6.4%, the Loyalty program Velocity saw strong growth, and the transformation program delivered over AUD 200m of gross benefits in the half.
