The shares fell in London by around 7% at one point; earlier a remark from the CFO of Travis Perkins had already triggered an almost 10% sell-off. Vistry has struggled since 2024 with underestimated construction costs, has restructured management and initiated cost cuts, but reduced insurance cover increases pressure on its cash flow. » More on de.investing.com
