Volta Finance announces quarterly dividend of €0.145

Volta Finance will pay a quarterly dividend of €0.145 per share, with the payment date on 29 January 2026. The total distribution amounts to around €5.3m and corresponds to an annualized yield of about 8% of net asset value.
