Vox Royalty, via a subsidiary, is acquiring a 2.0‑percent net smelter return (NSR) royalty on the White Dam gold mine in South Australia for A$5 million in cash. The royalty is perpetual and covers about 400 km² of the Curnamona tenure as well as gold and copper production, with no buyback rights. The operator is Broken Hill Gold, which is ramping up the heap‑leach operation and targeting annual production of 15,000–20,000 ounces; historical production is about 180,000 ounces. Vox Royalty reports strong growth: cash flow per share has risen since the IPO at a CAGR of over 76%, revenue most recently grew 100%, and the company is debt-free with $31m in cash and a $75m revolving credit facility.
