WAG Payment Solutions raises cash-EBITDA forecast for 2026

WAG Payment Solutions has raised its adjusted cash-EBITDA forecast for 2026 from €105–115m to €110–115m. In the first half, net revenue rose 10.7% to €1.38bn and adjusted EBITDA grew 10.5% to €70.60m, with a margin of 39.3%. Basic earnings per share fell due to higher finance costs and currency losses; profit before tax was €8.40m. After the reporting period, the company paid a special dividend of 1.5 pence per share (€12.1m).
