Baron Real Estate Fund flags Wynn Resorts as attractively valued
Baron Real Estate Fund highlighted Wynn Resorts as an undervalued non-REIT real estate company, trading at about 8–8.2 times 2027 estimated cash flow versus its historical 13–15x range. The fund views Wynn’s luxury integrated-resort assets and the planned UAE resort opening in 2027 as key drivers that could add significant upside (analyst note suggesting potential value near $50 per share for the UAE project). Wynn closed at $107.27 on June 12, 2026, has a market cap around $11.1 billion, and saw hedge fund ownership fall from 62 to 44 portfolios in Q1 2026. » More on finance.yahoo.com

Wynn Resorts: strong Macau business, Q3 revenue above expectations — earnings per share weaker
Wynn Resorts reported Q3 2025 revenue of $1.83 billion and adjusted property-level EBITDAR of $570 million, driven by a strong Macau business (EBITDAR $308 million). Adjusted earnings per share of $0.86, however, missed analyst expectations, causing the stock to fall after-hours. The company is advancing construction of Wynn Al Marjan Island in the UAE and announced a partnership with Aman for Janu Al Marjan Island; opening is planned for early 2027. Wynn has solid liquidity, is returning capital to shareholders, and expects the UAE expansion to further diversify its geographic EBITDAR base, but sees execution and competitive risks. » More on de.investing.com
