Zalaris: strong managed-services growth offsets weak consulting in Q1 2026
Zalaris reported revenue of NOK 372m for Q1 2026, supported by an increase in the managed-services share to 80% and currency-adjusted segment growth of 7.9%. Adjusted EBIT fell to NOK 42.3m (margin 11.4%), mainly due to higher investments; the consulting business contracted significantly (-15.5% currency-adjusted) and recorded a slightly negative EBIT. Annualised recurring revenue (ARR) was NOK 1,107m, and new long-term contracts secure an additional roughly NOK 75m per year. Management remains confident and sticks to its target of reaching a NOK 2bn run-rate revenue by Q4 2028 with an adjusted EBIT margin of 13–15%; concurrently, a cash offer from Norvestor of NOK 100 per share is underway. » More on de.investing.com
