Zomedica partners with Boehringer Ingelheim on horse diagnostics
Zomedica is integrating its TRUFORMA diagnostics system into Boehringer Ingelheim’s idPPID program to improve detection and monitoring of PPID in horses. The partnership allows veterinarians to run rapid on‑site tests for equine endogenous ACTH and insulin; Boehringer will reimburse costs for diagnostic tests and provide TRUFORMA devices to clinics free of charge. The agreement expands Zomedica’s installed base, enables reorders of cartridges (including cortisol and progesterone), and is intended to complement Boehringer’s test offerings.
