Archer Aviation is shifting beyond its Midnight air taxi, pursuing defense and commercial revenue through an autonomous platform with Anduril and pending purchases of Boeing units Insitu and Wisk. Insitu already generates about $200 million annually versus Archer's roughly $7 million in trailing revenue, which could provide near-term cash flow before FAA certification of Midnight.
