Besqab: revenue rises 91% in Q2 2025 despite cooling housing market

Besqab reports Q2 2025 revenue of SEK 928m (+90.6%) and an operating profit of SEK 55m (+66.7%), while gross and operating margins fell to 13% and 6% respectively. Management attributes the margin compression to a dilution effect from newly started projects, which accounted for about 60% of quarterly revenue. Sales and production activity remained strong: 247 units sold/booked, 416 production starts, 490 units completed and 1,602 units in production. Besqab sold administrative properties and plans to reinvest roughly SEK 250m in higher-yield projects; the cash position is SEK 406m and the company is optimistic about the autumn. » More on de.investing.com
