Capita reported H1 2026 revenue rising to £906m (+1.6%), while operating profit fell to £32m (-32%) and pre-tax profit plunged to £12.5m (-57%). Restructuring costs related to the CSPS contract weighed on results, costing about £14m on roughly £15m of contract revenue. Liquidity improved to £351m, net debt increased to £200m; the shares fell around 5.3%.
