Cognition partners with Amazon Web Services to offer AI software developer Devin

Cognition and Amazon Web Services have entered a multi-year partnership to offer the autonomous AI software developer Devin in production environments on AWS. Customers can purchase Devin via the AWS Marketplace and use the Agent Toolkit for AWS directly within Devin; deeper technical integrations are being evaluated. Devin is intended to assist with migrating legacy workloads, addressing security and development backlogs, and modernization projects; reference customers include Mercedes-Benz. Cognition seeks new funding round at $47 billion valuation

According to Bloomberg, AI startup Cognition is preparing a funding round of about $1 billion that would value the company at roughly $47 billion. Investor demand could push the amount above $1 billion, and investor interest reportedly amounts to nearly $10 billion; talks are still ongoing.
