  • Dexco reports return to profit and margin expansion despite slight revenue and EPS miss

Dexco recorded a net profit of 6 million reais in Q2 2026 after a loss a year earlier and improved gross margins by 1.6 percentage points. Recurring net revenue rose 5.2% to 2.2 billion reais, adjusted recurring EBITDA climbed to 547 million reais, while EPS of $0.09 was slightly below the $0.0971 expectation and revenue of $2.19 billion was marginally behind estimates. Management emphasized debt reduction (target net debt/EBITDA 2.5) and stronger cash generation; the stock reacted positively and rose nearly 2%. » More on de.investing.com

  • Dexco increases adjusted EBITDA by 38% in Q1 2026 amid debt reduction

Dexco reports adjusted and recurring EBITDA of 478 million BRL in Q1 2026 (+38.3%) on revenue of 2,019 million BRL (+6.1%) and an EBITDA margin of 23.7%. The company generated 235 million BRL of free cash flow, reduced net debt and lowered the Net Debt/EBITDA ratio to 2.99x following a CPR transaction. Strong results in the wood division and recoveries in metals and sanitary ceramics were offset by continued weakness in the ceramic tiles segment; management remains focused on debt reduction, working capital optimization and segment-specific measures. » More on de.investing.com

  • Dexco: strong wood business does not offset weakness in tiles in Q4 2025

Dexco reported recurring net revenue of R$2.1bn for Q4 2025 and adjusted pro-forma EBITDA of R$588m (including LD Celulose). The wood division posted a record EBITDA of R$400m with a 28.8% margin, while the ceramic tiles division underperformed with a negative adjusted EBITDA of -R$6.3m and only 67% utilization. Dexco’s stake in LD Celulose contributed R$171m; free cash flow improved to R$136m in the quarter, while working capital rose to 18% of revenue. Management plans to reduce debt (target net debt/EBITDA ~2.7x by end-2026) and implement operational measures for the tiles and metals businesses, but sees risks from high interest rates, macroeconomic uncertainties, and overcapacity in the tile market. » More on de.investing.com
