UBS upgrades Eaton from "Neutral" to "Buy" and raises the price target from $450 to $515, citing significantly improved margin and earnings growth forecasts. Eaton names Shawn Black president of its Aerospace Group

Black reports to Pete Denk and brings more than 20 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry, most recently as president of defense at GKN Aerospace and previously holding leadership roles at Cobham and DRS Technologies.
