Es bietet Zellstoffstämme, gesägtes Zellstoffholz und Bauholz, wiederaufbereitetes Holz, Sperrholzplatten sowie lange und kurze Zellstofffasern an. Zu diesem Segment gehören auch etwa 653.000 Hektar Forstplantagen, die hauptsächlich aus Kiefern und Eukalyptus bestehen, darunter 459.000 Hektar in Chile, 139.000 Hektar in Brasilien und 55.000 Hektar in Argentinien. Das Segment Biopackaging bietet veredelte Papierprodukte wie Wellpappkartons, Säcke oder Industriesäcke und geformte Zellstoffschalen an und vertreibt und recycelt Papier. Das Segment Softys bietet Tissue-Produkte wie Toilettenpapier, Papierhandtücher, Papierservietten und Kosmetiktücher, Hygieneprodukte wie Baby- und Erwachsenenwindeln, Feuchttücher und Damenbinden sowie spezielle Hygieneprodukte für den Verbrauch in Institutionen und öffentlichen Einrichtungen an. Dieses Segment vertreibt seine Produkte unter den Markennamen Elite, Confort, Nova, Higienol, Sussex, Babysec, Cotidian, Ladysoft und Duetto.
