Finbar Group increases 2026 net profit by 40% despite revenue decline
Finbar Group reported a net profit after tax of AUD 20.3 million for fiscal 2026, up 40%, while revenue fell 28.2% to AUD 204.3 million. The result was supported by higher margins, lower administration costs, reduced financing costs and significant settlements from the Bel‑Air project. Cash holdings rose to AUD 50.7 million, liabilities fell sharply, and presales reached a record AUD 567 million; the project pipeline stands at around AUD 1.8–1.9 billion.
