FirstCash expands credit facility to $1.055 billion and extends term to 2031
FirstCash increased its unsecured revolving credit facility from $700 million to $1.055 billion and extended the maturity from August 2029 to August 2031. The agreement permits a higher allowable net leverage of up to 3.5 times consolidated EBITDA, reduces the commitment fee and allows direct loans in British pounds up to the equivalent of $500 million. FirstCash boosts revenue and profit thanks to booming pawn business
FirstCash reports Q2 record results: revenue rose 29% to $1.07 billion, diluted EPS climbed to $2.12 and adjusted EPS was $2.50 (expectation $2.39). Adjusted net income grew 38% to $110.1 million and adjusted EBITDA rose 39% to $201.4 million.
