Gyrodyne amended the purchase and sale agreement of its subsidiary GSD Flowerfield with B2K Smithtown: GSD will grant a credit of $1,520,222 at closing for improvement work on lots 1 and 3, while B2K remains responsible for common facilities and off-site improvements. The amendment closes the inspection period and limits GSD’s obligations to measures already communicated; outstanding third-party use agreements must be resolved by February 5, 2026, otherwise B2K may terminate by February 6 and reclaim the deposit.
