Haleon places $2 billion bond in three tranches

Haleon US Capital has placed a bond totaling $2 billion in three tranches: $600 million (coupon 4.625%, maturity 2029), $600 million (4.875%, 2031) and $800 million (5.375%, 2036). Payment obligations are guaranteed by parent company Haleon plc, and settlement is scheduled for 21 August 2026.
