Shareholders of Fidelity European Trust voted 99.98% in favor of issuing new shares for the planned merger with Henderson (164,421,986 votes for, 198,741 votes against, 264,118 abstentions). The resolution authorizes Fidelity to allot new shares, but implementation remains subject to further conditions, including a second vote by Henderson European Trust on 26 September 2025.
