Lenovo unveils Project AeroBlade concept laptop with solid-state cooling

Lenovo introduced the 14-inch Project AeroBlade concept at IFA 2026, an ultra-thin (under 10mm) and lightweight (about 830g) ThinkBook that uses Frore’s AirJet piezoelectric solid-state cooling instead of traditional fans. The design enables active, near-silent cooling with no bottom vents and reduced dust ingress, and the demo unit uses an Intel Lunar Lake chip, Thunderbolt 4, Wi‑Fi 7 and an OLED display.
