NuRAN Wireless establishes NuEnergy to power African mobile sites
NuRAN Wireless has founded wholly owned subsidiary NuEnergy Ltd, which will own and operate solar, storage and hybrid energy systems for the company’s African operations. NuEnergy is intended to supply rural mobile sites and future edge‑computing nodes and is evaluating the possibility of serving third‑party customers as well. NuRAN has more than 5,000 contracted sites in Africa; the new structure is designed to facilitate infrastructure financing and improve capital efficiency while keeping ownership and supply within the group. NuRAN Wireless applies for voluntary delisting from the CSE
NuRAN Wireless has applied for the voluntary delisting of its common shares from the Canadian Securities Exchange; its ADSs will continue to trade on NASDAQ under the ticker NUR. The company cited operational requirements, low trading volume and the costs of dual listing as reasons; the last trading day on the CSE is expected to be September 4, 2026, subject to approval. NuRAN plans expansion of African mobile sites with edge computing
NuRAN announces it will equip selected portions of its more than 5,000 rural mobile sites in Africa with modular edge computing nodes. Initial pilots will process network data and cache local content to improve performance for mobile network operators.
