Pampa Energia reports consolidated adjusted EBITDA of $1,009m for 2025, driven by the ramp‑up of the Rincón de Aranda shale project. Q4 EBITDA was $230m, sequentially hit by falling gas prices and seasonal production declines; the gas & oil segment contributed 49% and power generation 51% to the mix. Rincón de Aranda increased oil production to 17,100 kbpd in Q4; Pampa invested $776m in the project in 2025 and plans $771m for 2026, targeting a plateau of 45,000 bpd by 2027.
