Trakm8 receives court approval for acquisition by Brillian UK

The High Court of Justice in England and Wales has approved the acquisition of Trakm8 Holdings plc by Brillian UK Limited. The transaction, first announced on May 1, 2025, involves Brillian UK acquiring all of Trakm8's ordinary shares, after which the stock will be delisted from AIM.
