ACCO Brands expects a slight positive impact on adjusted EPS in the first year, cost synergies of about USD 5–8 million within 18 months, and will finance the transaction through its revolving credit facility; closing is planned for the end of Q3/early Q4 subject to regulatory approvals. » More on de.investing.com
