ACRES Commercial Realty announced the completion of its acquisition of ACRES Capital in a stock transaction and converted from an externally managed to an internally managed REIT. As part of the merger, approximately 7.5 million ACR common shares were issued as consideration, with the net share count increasing by about 6.3 million shares. Management collectively holds more than 40% of ACR common shares following the transaction.
