Kleinanzeigen expands its real estate business and aims to attract agents from Immoscout

The portal Kleinanzeigen, part of the Norwegian group Adevinta, is strengthening its real estate offering and, under CEO Simon Bray, aims to win more estate agents as clients; currently more than 13,000 agents are represented on the platform compared with 24,600 on Immoscout. Adevinta sells Spanish business to EQT to focus on Europe

Adevinta is selling its Spanish business to Swedish private equity firm EQT in order to concentrate more on its other European markets.
