Akanda share falls after NASDAQ censure over lack of shareholders' equity

The Akanda share lost about 18% in after-hours trading after NASDAQ censured the company on June 16, 2026 for failing to comply with listing rule 5550(b)(1). Akanda restores Nasdaq compliance — shares jump sharply
