TSMC warns US production will take "very long time" to meet surging AI demand
TSMC says customer demand from AI is so high that the company can only support so much capacity and may take a very long time to fulfill needs with US-based production. CEO C.C. Wei said TSMC is trying to avoid becoming a bottleneck and would prefer to raise prices but will not enact abrupt hikes.
