  • Amcor switches auditor from PwC Switzerland to PwC US

Amcor’s board has dismissed PwC Switzerland as its auditor and appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC US) as the new auditor. The change follows a recommendation from the audit committee and will become effective upon filing the annual report on Form 10‑K for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026. PwC US will assume the audit for the transition fiscal year through December 31, 2026, while PwC Switzerland will continue to support statutory filings for the year ended June 30, 2026. There were no disagreements or reportable events between Amcor and PwC Switzerland, and the prior audit opinions were unqualified. » More on de.investing.com

  • Amcor shares fall after results: free cash flow lags forecast

Amcor beat estimates in the fourth fiscal quarter for adjusted EPS ($1.23) and revenue ($6.4bn), but full-year free cash flow came in at $1.3bn, about $200m below expectations. The company gave an EPS range of $1.80–1.90 for the six months to Dec. 31, 2026, leaving little room for upside. RBC cut the stock to "Hold" after UBS had earlier rated it "Buy." Investors reacted negatively: the share hit an intraday high of $48 before dropping to $45.90, and was trading at $46.45 in after-hours. » More on de.investing.com

  • Amcor reports stronger fiscal Q4, captures $285 million in Berry synergies and raises 2027 outlook

Amcor posted fiscal Q4 adjusted EPS of $1.23 (+23% y/y) and full-year adjusted EPS of $4.02 (+13%), with revenue of $6.4 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $1.045 billion. The company realized $285 million of Berry integration synergies in fiscal 2026, about 10% ahead of its first-year target, and secured nearly $140 million in Berry-related new business awards. Free cash flow fell to $1.3 billion due to working-capital effects tied to the Middle East conflict, but management expects to recover over $500 million in the next 12 months and target leverage of ~3x by end-2027. Amcor expects $1.80–$1.90 adjusted EPS for the six-month transition period and sees line of sight to double-digit adjusted EPS growth in calendar 2027; the board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.65 per share. » More on finance.yahoo.com
