American Tungsten & Antimony to acquire Del Sol refinery in Nevada and White Spar mine in Arizona
American Tungsten & Antimony has signed a purchase agreement to acquire the Del Sol antimony refinery in Nevada and the White Spar antimony mine in Arizona. The transaction will be settled with cash and shares; financial terms are confidential. Del Sol provides permitted refinery capacity for domestic antimony production and is also expected to be used hydrometallurgically for tungsten APT; White Spar, together with the Antimony Canyon project, is intended to supply the feedstock.
