    Appia Rare Earths has launched a three-month marketing and investor-relations campaign in Europe with Aktiencheck.de for about CAD 41,000. At the same time, a non-brokered private placement of working-capital units is underway at $0.185 per unit (up to 5.5 million units, or $1,017,500), and an open subscription period runs until October 20 for up to 3,968,648 units.
