Ghana’s parliament has ratified the mining lease for Atlantic Lithium’s Ewoyaa lithium project, granting the company exclusive mining rights initially for 15 years. Fiscal terms have been adjusted to follow Ghana’s new regulations, including a sliding royalty scale for spodumene prices (5–12%). The ratification allows Atlantic Lithium to step up financing talks and work toward a final investment decision; further feasibility work is expected to be reported in the second half of 2025. » More on de.investing.com
